FokatLoot Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 04 September 2026 1. Acceptance and Eligibility By creating an account or signing in to FokatLoot, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the service and that the information you provide is accurate and current. You must use your own account and must not share, sell, rent, or transfer account access. 2. Account Security You are responsible for protecting your password, device, and account access. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. FokatLoot may apply reasonable security checks to protect accounts, rewards, advertisers, networks, and payment systems. 3. Genuine Offer Participation Each offer must be completed personally and according to its displayed instructions and any advertiser/network requirements. Fake information, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, automated activity, bots, emulators used to manipulate tracking, click manipulation, misleading traffic, fabricated proof, or attempts to bypass offer conditions are prohibited. 4. Offer Tracking and Third-Party Validation Some offers are provided, tracked, or validated by advertisers, affiliate networks, tracking providers, or other third parties. A click, install, registration, event, or displayed progress update does not by itself guarantee a reward. Final eligibility depends on the applicable offer rules and successful validation. 5. Rewards and Event-Based Payouts Where an offer contains multiple reward events, each event has its own payout and eligibility requirement. A reward for one event is payable only after that event is successfully validated. The total reward displayed on an offer represents the configured eligible reward amount; it does not mean that all future event payouts are immediately payable. Rewards may be delayed, rejected, reversed, adjusted, or withheld where an event is invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, cancelled, reversed by the advertiser/network, outside the offer period, affected by tracking failure, or otherwise not eligible under the applicable rules. FokatLoot will not knowingly represent an unvalidated reward as guaranteed income. 6. Referral Rewards Referral rewards are subject to the applicable referral and offer rules. Self-referrals, fake or coordinated accounts, manipulation, spam, or other abuse may result in referral rewards being rejected or reversed and may lead to account restrictions. 7. Proof and Manual Review Some offers require proof or manual verification. Submitted proof must be genuine, relevant, readable, and obtained lawfully. FokatLoot may request additional information or reject insufficient or invalid proof where reasonably necessary to validate an offer. 8. Withdrawals and Payments Withdrawal requests are subject to the platform's applicable withdrawal rules, minimums, verification requirements, and available payment methods. Third-party payment providers may perform independent security, compliance, fraud, or risk checks. A provider may reject, delay, or restrict a payment. FokatLoot does not control a third-party provider's decision and will not treat a failed provider transaction as successful merely because a withdrawal was requested. 9. Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement We may investigate suspicious or abusive activity and may restrict an account, offer participation, referral features, withdrawals, or rewards where reasonably necessary. Where legally permitted, invalid or improperly obtained rewards may be reversed or withheld. Enforcement will not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. 10. Offer Availability and Changes Offers, rewards, event requirements, eligibility conditions, tracking methods, deadlines, and availability may change, pause, expire, or be withdrawn when required by an advertiser/network, law, security requirement, technical condition, or platform operation. The rules shown for an offer at the relevant time may determine eligibility, subject to applicable law. 11. No Guaranteed Income FokatLoot is a rewards and offer platform, not a promise of employment, salary, investment return, or guaranteed income. Actual earnings depend on available offers, eligibility, successful completion, validation, and applicable rules. 12. Privacy and Data Processing Personal information is handled according to the FokatLoot Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that information may be processed for account operation, authentication, security, fraud prevention, tracking, rewards, withdrawals, support, legal compliance, and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Third-Party Terms Advertisers, affiliate networks, tracking providers, payment providers, and other third parties may have separate terms and privacy policies. Where applicable, you are responsible for complying with the rules that govern your participation in their services or offers. 14. Suspension, Closure, and Outstanding Amounts FokatLoot may suspend or close an account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account or activity violates these Terms, an offer rule, or a security requirement, subject to applicable law. Legitimate outstanding balances will be handled according to the applicable platform rules and legal requirements. 15. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The accepted Terms version is recorded for compliance purposes. If a material update requires renewed consent, you may be asked to accept the updated version before continuing to use relevant features. 16. Legal Rights Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer, statutory, contractual, privacy, payment, or other right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived. 17. Contact For account, reward, payment, or privacy questions, use the support/contact channel published within the FokatLoot platform.
